Mommy and Me Summer Camp Details:

9:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Stroller Workout - Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre. Babies and kiddos in the stroller or wagon are kept engaged with bubbles, songs, counting, and puppets while moms get in a much deserved hour of self care. Did you know 1 hour is only 4% of your day? Dedicate 4% to yourself!

10:30 a.m. Stay for story time, activity, music or craft. Any age can participate. Big kids can sign up to be a reader during story time.

Monday - Thursday: Studio Z Performing Arts

Friday: Harvest Bible Church

Big Kids

Did you know that you can bring your big kids with you to Stroller Strides? It’s true that kids under 5 have to stay in the stroller, but older kids are welcome too! We have big kids that bring books, crafts, and ipads to play on while their mamas work out. It’s a win for everyone and doesn’t cost you any more than your monthly membership.

Want to try something different this summer? Bring your kiddos along as you get your workout in AND the kids get to play after.

LIT4KIDS Book Club

Story time is on every Monday June - July. Each kid will get their own LIT4KIDS book chart to keep track of their summer reading. They will receive a prize from our prize box for participating in LIT4KIDS Book Club.
