Outdoor Class Schedule:
Mommy and Me Stroller Classes are at Desert Ridge Marketplace or Aviano Community Park: Monday - Friday at 9:30 a.m.
Mommy and Me Stroller Classes are at Cactus Park or Train Park: Monday at 9:45 a.m. and Tuesday - Friday at 9:30 a.m.
Strides 360 (stroller optional) is at Desert Horizon Park at 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays. (This class is outdoors year round).
Body Boost (mom only) is at Desert Horizon Park at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. (This class is outdoors year round).
Indoor Class Schedule:
June - July, Monday - Thursday: Studio Z Performing Arts
August - September, Monday - Thursday: B.E.S.T. Sports
Friday: Harvest Bible Church

Teacher's Pass Is Back!
Calling all teachers and school employees! Claim 1 year of classes for $199!
Join us for unlimited stroller classes during your summer break, as well as classes on days your school is off during the 2024/25 school year, and Saturdays.
Can be used at all Stroller Classes: Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Strides 360.
Teacher Pass is restricted to 90 visits while pass is active. Pass expires one year from date of purchase. This pass can only be used during school breaks, holidays and Saturday classes. Body Boost and Body Ignite Classes are NOT included.
Exercise bands are an additional $10.
We may ask for proof of employment with an accredited school. Pass will be converted to an 18 pack if proof of employment is not produced.
