Dr. Tara Sullivan, PT, PRPC, WCS, IF, is a pelvic health specialist dedicated to providing compassionate care for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including bowel, bladder, sexual dysfunction, and chronic pelvic pain. With over a decade of experience, she is committed to helping patients of all genders and ages regain their quality of life through personalized, inclusive treatment.
As co-founder of Mind to Body Healing (M2B), Dr. Tara integrates sexual counseling into pelvic floor therapy, offering holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional needs. She also mentors healthcare providers through PelviEd, a nonprofit she co-founded that promotes excellence in pelvic health care.
Dr. Tara holds a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science, a Master's in Human Movement, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC), a board-certified clinical specialist in women’s health (WCS) through the APTA, and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (IF). A leader in pelvic rehabilitation, she is dedicated to advancing pelvic health and sexual wellness for all.
Dr. Kylee Austin, PT, DPT, is a passionate physical therapist dedicated to enhancing the lives of her patients through movement and compassionate care. With a diverse background in personal training, group fitness, and teaching, Kylee combines clinical expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Her own experiences with postpartum and pelvic health challenges have fueled her dedication to helping individuals, particularly women and mothers, regain control over their bodies and live their healthiest lives.
A graduate of Northern Arizona University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Kylee specializes in pelvic health physical therapy. She uses her skills to provide personalized treatment for patients with complex conditions. Her clinical focus is empowering patients through education and hands-on therapy, ensuring they feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. Kylee is devoted to creating a positive, healing environment where patients can achieve their best possible outcomes.
In 2024, Dr. Kylee co-founded Mind to Body Healing (M2B) and PelviEd to continue caring for children, adults, or postpartum mothers; Kylee is committed to addressing each patient’s unique needs and guiding them toward recovery, confidence, and a better quality of life.
Dr. Shannon, PT, DPT, is a passionate physical therapist with a diverse background. She is a devoted mom, CrossFit coach, and the Executive Director of PelviEd, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making pelvic health care accessible for all. With over 20 years of experience in education and healthcare, Shannon specializes in pediatric pelvic health, ensuring holistic care that addresses physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Shannon joined Mind to Body Healing with a mission to help individuals regain their strength and confidence and break through barriers to live their best lives. As a CrossFit coach, she works with adults, kids, teens, and adaptive athletes, fostering strength, endurance, and perseverance. Her love for movement and performance drives her to create engaging fitness programs that empower young athletes and individuals of all abilities.
A former high school teacher and mentor, Shannon combines her passion for teaching with her clinical expertise to work closely with patients and their support systems, offering compassionate, holistic care that enables them to achieve their full potential and thrive. Whether through therapy, fitness, or her nonprofit work, Shannon’s mission is to help people live healthier, more confident lives.
