How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

The Hold Form or Cancel Form will need to be filled out and submitted. Click the link to fill out. If you have any questions, please contact jillianyoung@fit4mom.com. All requests need to be received 30 days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
