Body Boost

Body Boost™ is a mom-only HIIT workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, meditation and life coaching. These classes will get you the results you are looking for. You will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push, and pull everything mom-life throws at you! The class is lead by an instructor that is certified in postnatal and prenatal fitness.

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will prepare you for everyday mom life!

Join us for 13 Virtual Live Classes each week and connect with your FIT4MOM sisters nationwide! Participate in Body Boost, Body Ignite, stretching sessions, and more. These intimate classes offer the perfect opportunity to engage with your instructor and become a part of our supportive community.

Body Well is our nutrition and life coaching session. For 8 weeks we will give you the tools and resources to get control over your stress eating, create healthy sleep habits, love your body, lose inches and pounds and gain strength.

Included:

  • Daily Virtual Live and Video on Demand Workouts
  • Resource guide
  • Recipe plan and 90+ Recipes
  • 2 Body Well Coaches to guide you on reaching your goals
  • Weekly Virtual Session with Coaches and Body Well mamas
  • Virtual Sessions meet on Sundays at 8:15 p.m. through 8:45 p.m.
