FIT4BABY is a total body workout designed exclusively for moms-to-be. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy.

FIT4BABY is a program designed to give mom a safe and effective total-body workout including cardio endurance, strength conditioning, and core balance appropriate for every stage of her pregnancy.

The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Included in FIT4BABY Membership:

  • Weekly small group workouts on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at Paradise Valley Community School (Bell and 64th St.)
  • Community support - Join our Facebook Group
  • Video on demand workouts
  • Weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey
