Body Boost and VOD Classes

Body Boost

Body Boost™ is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, meditation and life coaching. These classes will get you the results you are looking for. You will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 a.m. at Desert Horizon Park

Video on Demand

FIT4MOM On Demand offers workouts for moms. From cardio, strength and yoga, to prenatal, postpartum and mommy + me, workout whenever, wherever.

Coming Soon! Virtual Live Classes

Join your FIT4MOM sisters from around the country for Body Boost, Body Ignite, Stretching session, and more! Classes will be offered daily.

Mom Only Boot Camp Membership

Includes Strides 360 (Saturday at 7 a.m. - stroller friendly workout) and Body Boost (mom only HIIT workout). These kid free and kid optional workouts are great for moms who can only attend early morning, afternoons and Saturdays. Come to in person classes up to 2 times a week. Unlimited access to virtual live classes and video on demand classes.

What is Body Well?

For 8 weeks we will give you the tools and resources to get control over your stress eating, create healthy sleep habits, love your body, lose inches and pounds and gain strength.

Included:

  • Video On Demand Workouts and/or 16 in person Body Boost classes
  • Resource guide
  • Recipe plan and 90+ Spring Recipes
  • 2 Body Well Coaches to guide you on reaching your goals
  • Weekly Virtual Session with Coaches and Body Well mamas
  • Virtual Sessions meet on Sundays at 8:15 p.m. through 8:45 p.m.
